Hi, I’m Eleanor

I’m a nonbinary therapist (she/they) with an M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. I received specialized training at The ADHD & Spectrum Centre and have been working with neurodivergent clients since 2022. Having been diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, I understand how hard it can be to navigate a society that wasn’t built for you.

As an EFT-trained couples counsellor, I can help you understand how neurodivergence is impacting your relationship. Together we can identify the patterns beneath your recurring fights and resolve them in a way that accommodates your differences and builds emotional connection between partners.

I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse: I provide a safe and compassionate space where you are in charge of your own recovery. You are the one who decides when you feel safe to talk and what you choose to disclose. Together we can make sense of your experiences and work toward healing.

I have a passion for sci-fi and fantasy, RPGs, and tabletop games. I have a rotating cycle of hobbies that includes miniature painting and candle-making.
